HOW TO HELP

DSC_0341WE NEED YOU!0410131332

Our companion animals depend on our community to enrich their lives daily.  In a shelter environment, it seems as if there are never enough hours in a day to make sure all of our individual animals get the love, care and exercise that is necessary.  This is why we need you!  These magnificent and innocent creatures long for their forever homes, so why not make the wait a little less lonesome and repetitive? By becoming a member, volunteer or even a foster parent, you can help these helpless animals in so many beneficial ways.  Who knows, maybe during one of your visits you will fall in love with your very own furry companion!

How Kids Can Help

Forever Gifts:

Have you thought of giving an eternal gift to end animal suffering? Please consider joining fellow friends who have included the Ulster County SPCA in their wills, thereby ensuring life long support for something so important. The following information could allow you to save hundreds, if not thousands of needful animals through your will.

A Percentage of your final estate: “I give, devise, and bequeath to the Ulster County SPCA ________ % of my estate to be used for its charitable purposes.”

A Specific Dollar Amount: “I give, devise, and bequeath to the Ulster County SPCA $ ________ to be used for its charitable purposes.”

A Residue: (The remainder after other bequests have been granted)
“All the residue of my estate, including real and personal property, I give, devise, and bequeath to the Ulster County SPCA, to be used for its charitable purposes.”

As with all legally binding documents, please consult with your attorney before including suggestions in your final will. Your consideration of this humble request is truly valued.
