Become A Member of the Friends Society!
A lost dog is reunited with their family. A hoard of cats are rescued from a life of abuse and neglect. A litter of kittens is saved from the streets and vaccinated against communicable diseases and adopted to a loving couple. A family is provided with resources and no longer need to surrender their beloved dog.
This is the work of the Ulster County SPCA. Every day, we change lives for the better, providing shelter, medical care and adoption opportunities for the neglected, abused and homeless animals in Ulster County and beyond. This work is made possible thanks to you.
We invite you to become a member of the Ulster County SPCA, and join us in providing help, healing and homes to even more animals. Contributions from members make a significant impact on our mission, our efforts to reduce animal abuse and neglect, and the low-cost services we provide our community. Members receive special benefits in thanks for their generosity, as well as the knowledge that their gift changes lives for countless animals.

Our Friends Society Membership occurs annually from February to April.

$50 to be a Friend!
When you become Friend to the animals at the Ulster County SPCA, you provide food and shelter, ensuring they have a safe place to wait for their fur-ever home, without fear of being euthanized due to a lack of space.
$100 to be an Advocate!
By becoming an Advocate, you are providing life-saving medical care for those without families of their own, and providing them with the opportunity to be adopted into a loving home.
$250 to be Guardian!
When you become a Guardian, you provide community services that protect animals, including spay/neuter clinic services, vaccination against disease, and services to assist families facing financial hardship keep their animals.
$500 to be a Champ!
By becoming a Champion, you help us change the way animals in Ulster County are treated, by supporting progressive animal rights laws, and by providing humane education to the next generation of pet owners and animal rights activists.
$500+ is a Hero!
You are our hero, and a hero to the animals at the Ulster County SPCA. Your contribution of $500 or more supports our humane law officers and their efforts to counter animal abuse and cruelty in Ulster County. We are the only humane law agency in the county, and we need your help to protect abused and neglected animals. Thank you for your generosity.
